AICSYS, Inc. announces the release of the newest addition to its ruggedized chassis product family; the WMC-403 a 6-slot wall/bench mount industrial chassis. Measuring only 6.4'' x 7.5" x 11", the WMC-403 can be easily mounted into any vehicle for a mobile application. Although small in size, the WMC-403 has (1) 5.25” drive bay for CD/DVD Drives, (1) 3.5” bay for FDD, and (1) HDD bay. Designed to support half-sized plug-in cards, the WMC-403 comes standard with a 4-slot ISA backplane and will support a PCISA backplane as well for half-sized PCI cards or PIII/P4 based SBC's. A specially designed open frame 85 Watt ATX power supply comes standard with the WMC-403. Constructed from heavy-duty steel and with the use of shock-mounted drives, the WMC-403 is a perfect ruggedized chassis for applications such as emergency vehicles, military equipment and vehicles, and automation and control products.
